Our Story

The Salty Knot Pretzel Co. is a mother-daughter duo, born from a love of warm, delicious pretzels and the joy of bringing people together around good food. We travel across central Kansas, from Hutchinson to McPherson to Buhler and beyond, serving fresh pretzels topped with our signature frostings and fun flavors. You'll find us at weddings, birthdays, community events, parking lots, and everything in between. We're all about creating a sweet (and a little salty) experience you'll remember. We'd love to be part of your next event.

Private Event Packages

From birthday parties to wedding receptions — there's a package for every occasion.

Package 1

Price includes:

  • 1–1.5 hours of service
  • Up to 80 pretzels
  • $100 travel fee

Package 2

Price includes:

  • 1.5–2 hours of service
  • Up to 100 pretzels
  • $100 travel fee
Add drinks +$250 Up to 100 drinks · $1,350 total

Package 3

$1,600

Price includes:

  • 1.5–2 hours of service
  • Up to 150 pretzels
  • $100 travel fee
Add drinks +$375 Up to 150 drinks · $1,975 total

Drink package includes Water, Lemonade, Coca-Cola & Dr Pepper. Additional travel fees may apply for events over 1 hour away.

Wedding & Prepaid Tab

Choose a prepaid amount ($800 minimum) and we'll serve your guests until it's reached — then guests may continue purchasing at regular pricing. Includes 2–2.5 hours of service. A $100 travel fee is additional and not included in the minimum. Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance.

When you submit the event booking form on this site, we collect the following information: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event time, event type, package selection, event location, expected guest count, and any message you provide.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to respond to your event booking inquiry and coordinate service for your event. When you submit the form, your details are delivered to The Salty Knot Pretzel Co. via email and SMS notification so we can follow up with you directly.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used only to fulfill and communicate about your booking request.

Data Retention

Booking inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business record-keeping purposes.

Booking Requests

Submitting the booking form on this site constitutes an inquiry only. No booking is confirmed until The Salty Knot Pretzel Co. responds and both parties agree to the event details and terms.

Pricing & Travel Fees

All prices listed on this site are subject to change without prior notice. A $100 travel fee is included in all packages. Additional travel fees may apply for events located more than one hour from our base location. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Allergen Notice

Our products contain wheat and gluten. Depending on the flavor selected, products may also contain dairy, eggs, soy, and tree nuts. Our products are not produced in an allergen-free environment and cross-contact with allergens is possible. If you or your guests have severe food allergies, please contact us before booking so we can discuss your needs.

Right to Decline

The Salty Knot Pretzel Co. reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kansas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
